25 ft Dining Room with seating for 10/12 and bi-fold doors to the garden and pool.

25 x 20ft Games Room with 42" Smart TV with full Sky package and Tournament Standard American Full-Size Pool Table, Table Tennis Table and further Dining table for 14 people with stools. Above is an eaves bedroom (only suitable for children as low sloping ceilings, currently has three large Bed bean bags).
