Staff were really friendly and helpful, which always makes a pleasant stay. Breakfast items were good and selection was decent, but it gets crowded where the food is and there are a lot of queues. Also, if you need more cutlery you have to go to the front desk again to ask. Normally they are busy working to put the breakfast out so you end waiting for long periods. But the staff are great and keep up a cheerful attitude even under stressful periods.

Excellent check-in, friendly and warm welcome. Room on the 3rd floor, nice and big. Great bathroom, fluffy big towels and fab shower. Very comfortable bed, slept well! Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. Location was also excellent.

What a fantastic stay!

Where do I start… First, arriving early and having our bags be looked after until check in time, to the little details in a bucket and spade being given to my daughter for the beach, to the excellent breakfast and comfy and clean room. Easily 5 stars and could have given more if allowed!

Comfortable place to stay in Bournemouth

It was a nice comfortable room with friendly reception & cleaning staff. Was a bit disappointed with breakfast arrangement including the way one of the college behaved. However the reception colleagues were really friendly.
