This exquisite 4BR designer Duplex Apt is on 2 levels and includes a gorgeous NEW en-suite room on the floor below interconnecting through the half landing swing door to an additional front 'wing' (a 'maisonette') of a triple bedroom with an attractive bathroom with power shower next to it-
It has use of private living/dining room on top floor, with super new kitchen w/ breakfast bar, own entrance & stairs, intercom entry system.Fabulous quiet & sunny space, new washer/drier & dishwasher etc. Perfect for a visit to Bournemouth or for work/study/adventurers.
