Je regrette de n'avoir pas vu de personne physique lors de l'accueil. J'ai dû, seul, prendre en charge les conditions de mon installation (on ne m'a rien dit sur la gestion des poubelles par exemple). Par ailleurs, une fois installé, j'ai choisi de prendre l'ascenseur pour rejoindre la sortie ; j'ai donc appuyé sur le bouton 0 qui, selon moi nous fait accéder à la sortie. En fait, le bouton à appuyer était le -1 que j'avais imaginé être celui d'un sous-sol. En plus, arrivé au niveau 0 demandé, je n'ai pas vu la porte de l'ascenseur s'ouvrir. J'ai appuyé sur le bouton d'aide/secours et obtenu d'Otis cette réponse : "un technicien va arriver à votre adresse". 30 mn plus tard, toujours bloqué dans la cabine dont je me suis résoluà forcer la port à glissière. J'ai renoncé après cela à me servir de l'ascenseur.Enfin l'annonce parlait d'une terrasse qui ressemble plus à un modeste balcon brut de décoffrage. L'annonce évoquait aussi une note de satisfaction du 9,4/10 je j'ai trouvée surcotée (j'ai dormi sur un clic-clac inconfortable).
