This apartment was accurately described, there was a great amount of space for a ski chalet. It was well equipped, comfortable and welcoming. Communicative and helpful host, accommodating and quick to respond. We loved the skiing and would definitely book again.

Great apartment

We had a fantastic stay with the family and friends. 5 stars overall just a couple of things. 4 toilets not 5. Didnt matter for us as one family shared but it may to others if you were just friends. We arrived by train and took the funicular and free bus. It would have been good if we were told to get off at the first Arc 2000 stop and took the lower roadway to the apartment. We got off at the top and we had to carry heavy bags up and down steps which was a little awkward. Antione was great though and came to meet us and helped out. We would definitely go back and the communication was great too. So thank you for a great stay.

Pas de problĂšme au niveau de l'accueil mais il ne nous a jamais Ă©tĂ© indiquĂ© que le garage Ă©tait Ă  l'opposĂ© de l'appartement et qu'il fallait traverser dans la neige avec les bagages . Quand Ă  l'appartement ; au vu du prix de la location , il mĂ©riterait une amĂ©lioration . Les fauteuils sont anciens , les chaises de cuisine sont dĂ©pareillĂ©es , il manque des couteaux Ă  viande , les casseroles sont rayĂ©es et attachent , la table principale a son plateau qui bouge , le wc du hall d'entrĂ©e a la chasse d'eau qui coince ,deux radiateurs Ă©lectriques ne fonctionnent pas , la douche a sa porte de cassĂ©e , on a du acheter du destop pour dĂ©boucher un lavo et une baignoire , il n'y a pas de tĂ©lĂ©vision dans le salon sĂ©jour . Bref ce logement de haut standing mĂ©riterait un cout de neuf ; le nettoyage des poussiĂšres devrait ĂȘtre fait en profondeur sous les fauteuils plus particuliĂšrement ; dans les grandes fissures des poutres ,etc etc . On a Ă©tĂ© déçus . On ne reviendra pas dans cet appartement .

Location conforme Ă  l’annonce . Salon permettant d’accueillir un grand groupe ce qui est apprĂ©ciable en montagne. Seul bĂ©mol un parcours un peu compliquĂ© du chalet pour emmener un enfant au club Piou Piou situĂ© sur les pistes d’arc 2000 du fait de la localisation sur le bas de la station mais pour les adultes c’est top!

Absolutely fantastic apartment

We had such a fantastic week at Guillaume’s apartment. We were met by Antoine who couldn’t have been more helpful with parking our cars and showing us around the apartment. The accommodation itself is perfect for 10 people - we were 2 families of 5 and never felt that we were living on top of each other. The views from the balcony off the main living space are stunning! The apartment is very well equipped - plenty of kitchen equipment as well as a racelette & fondu machine if you wanted to eat in. Lots of hot water for showers and baths to warm up on a cold day and the swimming pool is very easy to get to and lots of fun for the kids at the end of the day. Bedrooms are cozy, comfortable and have wonderful views of the mountains too. Ski boot room downstairs is very useful and just a short couple of minutes walk to the drag lift or lift up to Place Olympique for the lift to 1950 or ski schools. Bread delivery in the morning is very handy and reasonable. All in all would recommend highly and we are already hoping to return next year. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment right on the slopes

A beautiful apartment only two minutes walk away from the ski area in Les Arcs 2000. The main living space was fantastic for our group of 11 with plenty of seating for everyone. All of the bedrooms were extremely comfortable and all en-suite. The parking was also extremely convenient (2 minutes walk) and underground to protect cars from the adverse snow. The only downside is that the dishwasher only worked intermittently and the WI-FI was not very good... Overall, an absolutely fantastic apartment with lovely hosts- I would recommend staying here!
