Totally Unacceptable

This place is horrendous and Hotels.com should de-list it immediately. They tried to put us in an ancient Caravan that looked like it hadn't been used for years. Seriously I would be reluctant to put our dog in it. The Fridge was being cleaned (outside the Caravan) when we arrived but we couldnt quite see anything due to the flies swarming around it. The bedding also looked dirty and grubby. We had no choice but to immediately get back in the car and find somewhere else. I asked for my money back but was told I hadn't paid anything yet so I wasn't due anything. I feel bad about leaving such a negative review but things must have been bad if even I decide it was unacceptable as I am usually very easy going and unfussy.
