Absolutely terrible experience with housekeeping department. Would never recommend this property to anyone. Room not cleaned, and incompetent housekeeping staff who carelessly discarded several of my wife’s items (including expensive shoes and personal items from our daughter’s wedding the night before) into their trash. It took them all day to recover them.

Great stay

We love every Omni hotel we have stayed at! The pool side service, food, and drinks were great. The hot tub being open until 11 was a huge plus for us. Pool area was always clean, the room was cute and clean. We utilized room service a couple times and the food and service was great as well. Only negatives were the bed could've been a little bit more comfortable, and the barging in from employees bringing towels with barely knocking or giving any warning they were entering instead of just leaving them by the door or just inside the door.

Title: A Fantastic Stay at Omni Interlocken Hotel! We had a wonderful experience at the Omni Interlocken Hotel! Our room was comfortable with a lovely balcony, perfect for morning coffee. The beds were cozy, and the customer service was top-notch throughout our stay. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurants and had a great time relaxing by the pool. While we had a minor issue with one staff member, Olivia, it didn't detract from our overall positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy excellent accommodations. We can’t wait to return!
