Front desk staff at check in was rude and not helpful. We experienced better service the next few days from a different front desk agent. The room was clean but the pillows had an odor. It also needed to have a comfortable chair to sit on.

We never had our room cleaned. They came one day but my granddaughter was sleeping so I said that we were ok for that day. But they never came back the next days. We kept taking towels from the maids carts. Had to keep emptying our garbage and asking for toilet paper. We stayed for 5 days.

Convenient location in a quiet, residential area with a convenience store and gas station right across the street. The property was clean and the staff exemplary and the bed was comfortable. About the only complaint is that the shower was a bit narrow - but otherwise well done.

Only stayed one night, was adequate. Staff was friendly. The area was fine, just in a neighborhood with houses directly across the small street. It is good for a night or two but wouldn't recommend a long stay here.

Property and room were clean, modern and conveniently located a short drive from Boulder attractions. What we weren't happy about is the fact that we paid Expedia for a king room and were given a double queen room by the hotel. They told us they were overbooked, so rooms bought from 3rd parties got bumped to whatever was available. Buyer beware, next time go directly to hotel to get what you paid for.

The property was quiet and comfortable but there was a very strange odor in the elevators and breakfast was not very interesting. Something other than sausage would be nice or some tortillas to go with the salsa and cheese. Even bread to toast. The danishes were stale
