Front desk was friendly. Check in was smooth. Room was clean, but both sink in the kitchen and bathroom has bad drainage. Fridge also not working properly( stays at room temperature). Location is convenient, a lot of restaurants in walking distance.

My 4 kids and I stayed in a suite. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and always a wonderful way to connect and plan our day together. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. When we checked in I was confused about the parking being connected with the hotel next door. The woman who checked me in did not explain the arrangement so I was quite confused at first. Explanation before leaving the check-in desk would be helpful. The beds were very nice to come back to at the end of full days. We would stay here again. Thank you.

This hotel is nice! The amenities are super nice. We had to pay for oversized parking so that part kinda sucked as it was pretty steep. We had a family emergency come up and had to check out early. The hotel staff said yes we will refund. But then received an e-mail that said no we aren’t.

Drains in the bathroom sink and the shower were a little slow. And the reading light on the headboard was not working. Otherwise everything was excellent

I like staying at Hilton hotels because the rooms are clean. The location is always close to many restaurants. But I have to give 4 stars because the front desk staff is not pleasant because they seem to discriminate against non-Americans.
