The front desk staff is courteous & professional. The front lobby area is inviting. The rooms appear to be clean & well-maintained. My only complaint is the hot water temperature setpoint. It seems that the hot water is limited to about 110F, which is great for energy/cost savings for the owner, but it’s not a comfortable setting for the guests overall. Well-insulated domestic water heater tanks and condensing gas boilers would save more money long-term, allowing for a 120F setpoint. The bathrooms are also ridiculously small, even for a relatively small occupant.
