Our room (toilet) was used by someone - toilet not flushed and bottle of water taken. No apology and staff seemed quite unconcerned about it.

This was a great place to stay in Paris. Excellent room, in a great part of town. Staff, whilst not onsite, were very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend and stay there again.

Shower was not working. And when I brought it up to the reception, there was no reaction at all - No apologies, no action to fix it. It is the bare minimum we expect of a hotel to have a working shower and for some reason it is not working, then to get it fixed.
