There is a lovely small lounge, nice assortment of coffees and teas, and continential breakfast options. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Room spacious. We had a 1 bedroom suite with a small kitchen. Everything you could wish for and a perfect Back Bay location.

Great base for city adventures

The hotel boasts a great location, especially for those without a car. The check-in process was unique, especially during a busy weekend. While the property is older and the room furnishings are somewhat outdated, they remain comfortable. The staff was helpful and offered great advice on what to do in the city. Breakfast options were adequate, featuring bagels, oatmeal, cereal, and beverages. The area is peaceful and very walkable, with easy access to the Prudential Center and public transportation. I appreciated having a kitchenette, but the shower's water temperature was disappointing. Cleaning services are not provided unless scheduled, and the fees for full turnover service felt excessive. Overall, you get what you pay for with this hotel.

Proximity to great coffee shops, sites, shopping, and T were great. The accommodations could use some updating, even if it was replacing accent furniture with resale shop goods to save some money. Bathroom needs venting system to help mold in shower. The hard surfaced floors were sticky likely from cleaning products. Value, absolutely worth it. They have a good thing going if they can reinvest into the room fixtures and carpeting.

Absolutely fantastic stay, gorgeous hotel, ultra-clean, wonderfully helpful and courteous staff, great location!!! Ask for a tour of the breakfast room to be certain you find everything available, it's wonderful as well. Can't wait to come again.

The front desk staff was especially helpful as our travel plans changed during our stay due to a flight cancellation. Check in was super easy and we appreciated the amenities included in the room. Breakfast was included although the lounge area was crowded when we dined. Front desk was able to hold our luggage to accommodate our late flight. Fabulous restaurants and shopping within walking distance very nearby. Charming little boutique hotel!
