Additional charges and no breakfast.

We arrived and were told there was an additional charge of $28 because we used Hotels.com, and breakfast was not included for the same reason. This was delivered by the desk clerk in a somewhat unfriendly manner, and was told next time we should book direct. We use the hotel because it is nearest Dana Farber, and will use it six months from now. I will read the fine print more carefully in the future.

Likes- close to children's hospital. Dislikes- outrageously expensive for average rooms. This didn't include the outrageous cost for the parking. Not sure what percentage Expedia got for this booking but we got taken advantage of. We will enter a comment under the hotel wed site. Will never make this kind of reservation again.

While the inn is at a great location, easily walkable with lots of food options nearby, the staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. Fine for one night, but there were extra facility fees we were not made aware of before booking, so the “good rate” we thought we were getting actually wasn’t such a good rate after all.
