This home is privately owned. The host/owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings or valuables that may occur during your stay. By confirming this reservation, all guests agree to assume full responsibility for any risks or harm arising from use of the property or amenities.
HOUSE RULES
- Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and our neighbors are extremely important to us. A neighbor complaint will result in cancellation without refund.
- No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected and will result in immediate cancellation and removal from the premises.
- Smoking, vaping, drugs of any kind is not permitted inside or around the property. Any evidence of smoking or drugs will result in a $1,000 fine.
- Pets are not permitted. Any violation will result in a $750 fee per pet, per night, a double cleaning fee, and additional charges for any required deep cleaning or damage.
- Missing or damaged items will be charged to the primary booker. This includes, but is not limited to: board games, table games such as pool table, poker table, foosball, playpen, accessories, and other provided amenities. Unreturned or lost items will result in $75 replacement fee.
- Plumbing Care: Flush toilet paper only.
Please remove hair from shower drains after use.
A $500 plumbing fee will be charged if a plumber is required due to misuse.
- Parking: Two tandem parking spaces for standard-size vehicles are provided for your stay.
Please enter and exit slowly and remain attentive to pedestrians at all times. Vehicles must not block the sidewalk or pedestrian access at any time. Blocking the sidewalk or improper parking may result in a $500 fine, which will be passed on to the guest.
- Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Unauthorized or overnight guests will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, both indoors and outdoors.
- Before check out, kindly unplug personal electronics such as hair dryers, curling irons, and similar devices.
- Please do not rearrange furniture. Please do not unplug TVs and lamps. All devices are intentionally placed and pre-set for optimal use.
- Pre-check-in luggage storage is not available.
- Shoes must be removed indoors. A shoe cabinet and boot mat are provided at the entrance for your convenience.
- Mail or package deliveries are not permitted at the property.
- Loitering outside or around the home is not permitted.
- Snow shovels and ice scraper/snow brush are provided during the winter months.
- The City of Somerville strictly enforces trash and recycling regulations. Improper disposal can result in fines issued by the city, which will be charged to the primary booker.
DISCLAIMERS
- For your safety and security, we have one active exterior security camera facing the front entrance door. This camera records video and audio when motion is detected. It is carefully positioned to ensure it does not face into the interior of the home, preserving your privacy. There are no indoor cameras.
- The property is equipped with a Minut Noise Monitoring System. This system monitors decibel levels only and does not record audio or video, ensuring full guest privacy.
- Security cameras and noise monitoring devices operate 24/7.
- This is a duplex property. As such, normal household sounds may occasionally travel between units, which does not qualify for refunds or cancellations. White noise machines and noise cancelling ear plugs are placed in each bedroom.
KIDS and FAMILY AMENITIES –
We’re pleased to offer family-friendly amenities to enhance your stay, such as kids utensils, high chair, stroller and playpen- Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for safe use. Adult supervision is required at all times.
- No climbing, standing, or rough play.
- Stroller & Playpen Use: Not intended for jogging, rough terrain, or carrying items other than a properly secured child. Please fold and store indoors when not in use. These amenities are inspected regularly. If anything appears damaged, missing, or unsafe, please notify us immediately.
