Staff is rude here, specially cleaning lady who was rude and aggressive. The manager on duty told us internet was free but later we discovered $5.99 charged for internet. Overall i didn’t liked my stay here.

There were multiple issues even post tipping their housekeeping staff didn’t responded in hospitable manner, their behavior was rude to somewhat aggressive towards residents. Front office lady initially said internet is for free, when my laptop wasn’t able to connect she upgraded the internet and assured there won’t be any charge for it, but later I saw they charged 5.99 for daily internet use. Mind it the quality of internet was still poor even with paying 5.99 daily.

I LOVED my stay!! The property itself could use a few upgrades but it was very clean and very well kept! It had a lot of amenities and a very pleasant staff that was accommodating. I was given an upgrade upon check in and allowed to check in a bit earlier than the check in time. All in all my experience was EXCELLENT!
