I didn’t like the switching out of major appliances that didn’t work as well as the fact there was only one front desk employee at all times. Sometimes that was the only person in the place. Sofa beds were also not that great. Room was spacious though and had a microwave and full kitchen.

Dirty towels thrown in hall as i walked to my room from check in, you can smell Marijuana in the halls. Our room had missing pieces in cabinets and drawers, dirty couch bed and no sheets. Lots of questionable activity there. Did not feel safe with my children there. Property stated they would refund my stay as i checked out within 2 hrs of check in but have yet to recieve my refund. Not safe for a family.

I reserved the room for two nights, but only ended up staying the first night. I didn't get refunded for the second night, but I still couldn't make myself stay. The room was damp with a musty smell. The bed was lumpy; I could feel springs through the mattress. The fixtures were broken and stained. The carpet was stained but also wet in places. The towels were stained. There was no way to heat up food because there was no microwave, and even though there was a stove top there was nothing to use with that stove top. The television remote was nowhere to be found, but it didn't really matter because even operating it manually, if it became clear it had no volume. Turning it up to the max created no sound at all. When I called the front desk to inquire, they hung up. Terrible experience, would not go back.

Horribly dirty!

This place is good when it comes to staff but horrible otherwise. I checked in around 8 p.m. & got little song & dance from desk clerk that they might not even have a room available. Had to wait about half hour while he physically checked to make sure room had been cleaned. If the room I got was considered clean I’d hate to see dirty! They asked for $100 deposit at check in as well that had not been disclosed when booking. Room was so dirty. Floors filthy, bathroom sink had mold all the way around where it met counter & bathroom floor actually had blood drops from who knows when. Clearly hadn’t mopped the tiny floor. Mirror on closet was shattered along bottom third. Very dangerous. Probably where blood came from. Kitchenette was serviceable but nothing to cook or eat with. You get that from front desk for fee. WiFi is also daily fee. I was so sketched out already then, while relaxing in bed watching tv a mouse came out from under couch & was just hanging out. I have pics & video of all. I also found a sizeable hole at corner under mattress that grossed me out completely thinking mouse was probably living in there. Right where I’d been sitting & sleeping!! To boot- my license disappeared somewhere btwn front desk & room. I checked several times & it is nowhere to be found disappointing addition to a very unenjoyable stay. Couldn’t get comfortable bc of conditions. If they cleaned things I’d consider staying again but as is, not on your life!
