Room was clean staff is very nice. Only weird thing is the give you a gift card but not a front desk they tell you about it at front desk then send you on a scavenger hunt to load it 3 different locations. Should just give it to you at check in.

Everything was great. But I think you guys should think about having a Starbucks in there. It would be so much better and also with some of the freestanding restaurants you should have something a little less fancy besides Shake shack, maybe have a good old-fashioned comfort food meaning Chinese food.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. I couldn't get a room upgrade but I did get a 2 hour late check out. You ca't beat free parking and free valet especially in Boston where other hotels charge around $60 for valet. Can't wait to go back.
