We chose this hotel based on having a pool & hot tub, but we didn’t get a chance to use them. No matter…it was in walking distance to places we wanted to go in Cambridge, and our suite was clean and comfortable.

The reception staff & supervisors were quite rude & unfriendly with not just me but with several other guests that I observed every day that we were there. The AC didn’t work right, exhaust was noisy & always on-couldn’t be shutoff. We notified them multiple times but was never fixed. As a result we didnt sleep well. Nande in housekeeping & his co worker were very helpful.

I noticed every day that we were there, most of the reception staff & supervisors were quite rude with not just me but others as well. AC in the room was not working right & never fixed, exhaust was noisy & couldn't be shut off, though we notified them repeatedly. As a result we didn’t sleep well. Nande in housekeeping & his co worker were very friendly & helpful.
