We could not control our thermostat. It was too hot so we just left it off. Call to front desk did not help. Also we were there for Thanksgiving and the breakfast they provided for it, in the coffee room, that specific day, was terrible. Otherwise the stay was great!

Nice place to stay in the heart of the city. The room was clean and they have free water bottles with a water filling station on each floor. Coffee available 24 hours in the lounge. People were very friendly offering suggestions for restaurants and activities. Down side while the bed was comfortable the sheets were not.

Had a wonderful stay! Great central location and the staff were polite, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. This is a quiet, elegant gem in the center of downtown Boston. The proximity of the wonderful Elephant and Castle pub really elevated my whole stay. I also appreciated the well-maintained fitness room and the chilled purified water stations on every floor.
