Staff were friendly and hotel in a good location. Breakfast was good and attached was a nice place for drinks. Only issue was our tv didn’t work and some of the plugs. Staff did try and fix it but but lost signal again soon after.

We had such a lovely stay here and will be staying here again on our next trip to Boston! Our room was so clean and comfortable. The restaurant is so convenient and had great food. The living room with free coffee was so cozy and nice. The stations of free purified chilled water were convenient and helpful. But best of all the staff was so kind. We had our 7 month old baby and our senior dog with us on this stay. The staff, particularly Carla were so accommodating and kind.

This was our first time staying here, but we hope not our last. The location is wonderful--close to everything we wanted to do during our overnight in Boston! Loved the free coffee in the lobby and the free water throughout the hotel. The room was the perfect size for the two of us, the bed was SO comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy with a great walk-in shower. The staff members were all pleasant and helpful We got a good deal through Expedia, and we could not be more pleased.
