Great location. Lots to do nearby.

We arrived early on check in day after flying all night. Check in wasn’t until 4pm but we were able to get into our room by 11am allowing us to catch up on some sleep before exploring the area. There is so much within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean. All staff were kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves in Boston. Parking was very close and cost $45/day. There are bikes available if you are adventurous.

Loved our Boston visit

Great location if you're looking to sight-see or just be near good food and entertainment. Short walk to Mike's Bakery and Neptune Oyster bar. Room was comfortable and everyone was very friendly. Will absolutely stay there again!

​My stay was…complicated. The Good: property is lovely; public areas are pretty; room was clean/comfortable; staff friendly & informative. The Not So Good: -- Before check-in: it was impossible to reach the property. Multiple phone calls were never answered & there's no voicemail option. -- During check-in: I struggled through the door, balancing 4 suitcases, 2 of which fell & blocked the door. Nobody at the check-in desk acknowledged me or offered to assist. -- During my stay: a poor experience at the restaurant. Waited 20+ minutes despite having a reservation, then was seated at a chair that was soaking wet because of a spilled vase. Didn't notice until I'd sat down, which meant my entire backside was soaked. They swapped my chair, but never cleaned up the puddle under the table. I did that myself. Our server disappeared mid-meal, so we were never asked about dessert, & finally had to wave down another server to get our check. At the end of all that, I have to say I'm surprised that no part of our meal was discounted. I think I'd have liked if they'd perhaps comped our drinks or something, since I was still sitting there was a soaking wet backside. -- At checkout, I didn't double-check my folio until I was home. I was overcharged. Expedia is assisting, but also could not get the site on the phone. What a non-surprise. So yes, a mixed-bag stay.

I didn't like the additional charge to my credit card for voucher of $15.00 breakfast per day and for Dry cleaning that we didn't ask for. The taxes an other services are bad enough. We really enjoy staying there, but this put us over the top!!
