Recliner chair was broken with leg sticking out. Called for help to get it in was told Just push it! Never could get CC on tv, didn't bother to call for help. Will definitely NEVER stay here again.

Some problems, but a reasonable price.
Very frustrating "water saving"showerhead. Water flow is so restricted, I had to triple my shower time, to rinse off the soap used during shower. VERY low water flow. The old fashioned thru the wall type A/C and Heat was quite noisy, as it came on, and went off.. again and again. Lots of compressor noise, and fan noise. For the first 2 days, I was either hot or cold. The thermostat on the wall, was just there for show, as after two days, I just shut it off, and only used the thermostat on the A/C heat unit. Silly. That thermostat appeared not to be connected to the A/C unit at all. Wi Fi was difficult to connect to. Tv "cable" or whatever it was, had no "Guide" that I could find..on the TV or a printed one. So, the overall rating was not too harsh, as the price was good for a unit with good kitchen amenities ... full size fridge, microwave, ice maker, even a dish washer, for a reasonable price
