Food and wine lovers will relish the local delicacies, from Mediterranean lobsters to the unique Malvasia wine. The house's central location allows easy access to all these attractions and nearby excursions.

Located in the heart of Bosa, just steps from the beach, the house exudes charm and comfort. Completed in 2009, it’s next to the castle stairs, behind the cathedral, near the river, and close to the main street. It features a parking space and a veranda for outdoor dining. The two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower, offer a double bed and two single beds. The kitchen and sitting room, complete with TV and stereo, ensure a relaxing stay. Air conditioning/heating is available in every room, and a washing machine is provided for added convenience.
