On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room features a panoramic window, a flat screen television, a CD player, and a hi-fi system, with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a private shower room, and air conditioning, with its own exit to the terrace. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower with WC, and air conditioning, also with direct access to the terrace. A large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table completes the ground floor, likewise opening onto the terrace. A separate WC is also available on this level. On the upper floor, the third bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower, a double hand-basin, and air conditioning. A separate WC is also found on this floor. The villa benefits from a generous terrace of 150 m2 offering a very beautiful distant view of the sea, furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs.
