Das hotel ist modern gestaltet, die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet und der Service im ganzen Hause ist sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Gutes Inselhotel in Toplage
Gute Unterkunft, f ür die Insel moderner Standard. Top Lage direkt am Neuen Leuchtturm, sehr nah am Hauptstrand. Die Zimmer sind renoviert, stilvoll eingerichtet. Nicht so gut war, dass die Heizung beim geplant belegten Zimmer im November bei der Ankunft ausgestellt war und dass man den Stromstecker beim TV einstöpseln musste - sollte nicht passieren wenn man Gäste erwartet. Da auf Borkum doch recht viele Gäste für längere Zeit bleiben wäre ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer schön gewesen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr solide, wer möchte kann abends ein Buffet hinzubuchen. Die Rezeption ist in den Abendstunden nicht besetzt.
