I highly recommend this hotel

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Great location, 2 mins walk to mall 5 to beach, lots of chouce to eat and drink steps away Very clean and top notch service. Even with loud music across the street, room was quiet. You can hear the rooster though but it is not bothersome at all.

READ THIS

The hotels is fine, however next door is a chicken coup. They make an loud awakening sound about 4am and do not stop. The hotel cancelled the remainder of my booking but did not refund me for the first day. It should be clear if they know your stay will be disruptive.

Great location

Cracking location by the lake with lots of good restaurants close by and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Far enough away from the busy areas so can easily go back to chill out. Not luxurious, but good value.

Very clean and spacious. Very good service. The shower was a not properly placed, I guess. Had trouble with that. You can smell the food from the Korean food downstairs. I like Korean food so no problem with me. I will recommend it.

Velasco’s Boracay holiday after 6 months closure

It was close to perfect stay apart from the weather due to typhoon. Everything was accessible, place was clean and well maintained... staff were so friendly and helpful from arrival to departure. Highly recommended specially for family accommodation.
