A true place to unwind...

Its a place of relaxing after a year of tedious work. Relaxing in a sense that everything is into our liking...cleanliness, a huge room, a wide variety of good food, a very safe place, and of course the hard working, courteous, and always smiling staff. I would come back and even recommend this by the beach resort to our friends.

We stayed at the Ambassador fprnoir short honeymoon vacation and we THORPUGHLY enjoyed the emtire experience. I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more enities such as the spa. We made a great decision to stay at Ambassador. Located in Station 1, Beach front. Room is huge, bathroom is very spacious, ocean and pool view. Plenty of seating in the restaurant, beach beds are also available, first come first serve. Restaurant with Acoustic singers in the evening during our stay. Restaurant servers both during breakfast and evening are all helpful, we had encounters with Kent, Roy, Noel, Janeza, Adrian, Juvy, Hajie. Guard Jonathan is very helpful too. Thank you for making our first Boracay visit a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable!

Beautiful location on station one (quieter end). Direct beach access is awesome, staff were lovely. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kids loved the pool and beach. Only comments would be that restaurant is fairly expensive and meals/drinks were fine but there are really good options around D’mall (Station 2) for half the price. We also had an issue with the tour operator that the hotel booked us. The Ambassador staff were apologetic, but the process where the hotel take a booking deposit (which they must keep) then have you pay the operator the remainder, leaves guests vulnerable to the operator adding additional fees and just saying “oh! didn’t the hotel tell you about that”. Ambassador should manage the whole booking and pay the operator directly so the guest does not need to haggle with the operators, as it ruins the experience to be asked to pull more money out of your pocket while you’re snorkelling. It’s unfortunately typical for Boracay’s reputation. Beach tour vendors wouldn’t be much better… maybe try to book online with someone that looks reputable??? I’m not sure what the safest way to go is.

Fantastic location right on white sand beach and not far from D'Mall. Plenty of loungers to soak up the view. We loved the pool and live music every night Friendly and efficient staff who made our stay special Room was a little tired and lack of power points (and no international power points at all). Breakfast was a low point - both in quantity and quality.

We had a great stay. The bed mattress is so great, like a nice memory foam. I had great nights of sleep. Staff were all polite and ready to serve. Swimming pool was always clean. The hotel room and surroundings were always clean. Will come back to this hotel.
