Loved our 2 night visit! The pool was amazing. We loved our complimentary boat ride along the bay. Lincoln was a great captain! Great dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast was fun too! I loved all the activity options and enjoyed the beautiful gardens!

Staff are wonderful, early check in certainly a plus. Room was awesome, I still can’t get over the view! Lots of wonderful outdoor activities. Definitely needed at least 3 nights to enjoy everything. One night doesn’t make sense with check in at 4 and check out at 10:00. That’s on me not this establishment. A bit spendy, but worth every penny.

We arrived after a long drive to be met cheerily with Kai who had only recently started and another sullen member of staff. They forgot to put our gift card money to us. It was just after 3pm and we were hungry and thirsty so went to the restaurant, where we were told that the bar and restaurant were closed and we couldn't order any food or drink until 4pm. This was not a good start to our stay. However, the room was lovely with a stunning view over the sea/marina. The meal in the evening was good and Nicole our server was very friendly, helpful and efficient. So all in all a very mixed stay. With better training and management I'd have given this easily a 5*.
