We recently added a 6 person Hot Tub. The Hot Tub is optional and available at an additional cost (inquire with host). The Hot Tub is locked and NOT included with your booking reservation until you upgrade with host directly. This optional upgrade method allows travelers to book the place without paying for an unwanted Hot Tub.

Worth every penny!

Very important to not forget the 'South' part of the address or you'll think you'd been duped. Lol But the owner/host was very quick in response, very helpful and super accommodating. Worth booking with the hot tub so you can sit on that huge deck and overlook the mountain. It's a shame people have thrown trash around outside of the home, but it was very clean and the amount of space was incredible. My daughter was there for a soccer tournament and our friends joined us. Ranging in age of 5mos to 50y/o. Worth every penny and next time we come back for a non-soccer weekend and enjoy the quiet!

Boone Getaway

A little dated but very clean and roomy space for a family or small group. Convenient to all Boone has to offer. Host was very communicative and easy to work with.
