Mountain Lodge in the High Country

Blackberry Lodge is an exciting, mountain vacation lodge with over 4,000 square feet of upscale comfort with convenient access to everything the High Country has to offer.

The main level features tongue-and-groove vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a wall of windows and glass doors for great views and natural light. The kitchen offers a large, rustic, farm-style table that can accommodate up to 12 guests with 4 additional bar stools for up to 16. There is a reclaimed wood wine bar and dining area as well. The kitchen has yards of granite countertops, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a gas stovetop. Downstairs opens into a large game room that has multiple game tables, a 50 inch HDTV with programming and Blu-Ray Player, and a stone, gas-log fireplace with a live edge wood mantle.

The main floor deck wraps completely around the home and has rocking chairs and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view. The lower deck wraps around the sides of the home and has a hot tub and rocking chairs for relaxing.

This property accommodates 10 in beds, 4 more in sleeper sofas.

Gorgeous views! Huge cabin for large family!

Beautiful cabin! We had a few issues initially, but maintenance came and addressed them. Wasn't super clean, but overall, the cabin was perfect for our huge family get-together. The hot tub was enjoyed by all, as were the mountain views and wildlife. The wrap around porch was a popular hang out, and we really enjoyed a break from the summer heat by visiting this mountain get away.

Fantastic spot

Everything here is first class. The property, the oversized decks, the fire pit, the interior, etc. Close to Boone and Blowing rock, but feels like you're 50 miles out in the wilderness, which is what we were looking for. Highly recommend, and I would absolutely re-book in the future.

50th Wedding Celebration

Due to the Covid Situation, we chose to celebrate with our family only! Blackberry Lodge was just perfect for our family of 14. The kitchen was very accommodating full of everything we needed! The bedrooms we’re comfortable & very spacious! The kids loved the foosball table! Everyone enjoyed the fire pit during the cool evenings! We enjoyed the lovely views from the dining table & the decks! The decor was lovely! The location was great! Only a short & easy drive to Boone for groceries, etc. My only slight complaint was the WiFi situation. However I think that was also a benefit! My family want to go back next year!!! Highly recommend, won’t disappoint!!!

Amazing Mountain Home

This home is perfect for a mountain getaway! It’s close to all the great shops and restaurants. The property boasts a beautiful view and the hot tub was a great addition! When we come back to ski, we will be staying here again.

Great lodge

Rented this cabin with family for our yearly ski trip to Appalachian Mountains and it was terrific! Clean, bright and plenty of room. Kitchen fully sticked. Updated baths and kitchen . Great fire places and hot tub! Will be returning again next year!!

Good experience!

Very accommodating house and property! My kids loved the big yard! The game room was a big hit. The only problem we encountered was the hot water heater did not heat enough for the guest to take showers/baths.
