Good but could have been much better

We were a bit disapppointed in several areas. The room was quite small, there was not clim (Air-conditioning) in the room and though it was the end of Summer, the room got to be quite warm and uncomfortable. The restaurant was quite good with the exception that the evening menu was rather slim and did not change. Could have offerred a special selection each evening but did not. Breakfast was excelllent but on Sunday we did not know nor were we informed that we needed to reserve for sunday brunch and thus had to go elsewhere for lunch.

We booked the superior room on the manor side with the intention of having a larger room with view of the garden. We got the garden view but the room was incredibly small and under the roof so it heated up really badly. The pictures on the website showed much larger rooms and no signs of slanted roofs anywhere. The doors, walls and floors were very thin and we could hear every spoken word and got woken up by slammed doors or loud conversations. the windows was very small so the view wasn't really big as well. There is no fridge in the room and basically no space to put baggage, clothes or belongings anywhere. The bathroom was very small and didnt offer any place to properly hangdry the towels. The WiFi, bed and TV were great though. Most of the staff spoke english and all of them were happy to help with any questions. The breakfast was a bit messy, especially after 9AM because the buffet is very small and there are a lot of people. The bar and restaurant are very expensive but drinks take a lot do get brought out and the food tasted bland. The new pool was always cleaned thoroughly and was very nice. Enough space to lay in the sun after swimming. All in all not a 4 star hotel experience but not a bad stay overall.

Complexe magnifique que ce soit en couple ou en famille. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour buler ou s’amuser. Le petit déjeuner était excellent dommage que ce soit pas assez souvent reaprovisionné. Personnel très aimable à l’accueil. Les chambres sont un peu en décalage avec le reste car très petites, et une douche serait plus pratique qu’une baignoire dans la salle de bain vu sa taille.

Excellent accueil au spa et massage d’Audrey au top Très Bon accueil à la réception (jeune femme). Avons demandé à changer de chambre, la chambre terrasse ou balcon avait une terrasse face a un mur et a l’ombre + mouche ce qui n’avait aucun intérêt. De plus la fenêtre est petite et la luminosité faible dans la chambre (partie extension). Visite d’une chambre supérieure partie laboure (PMR) que nous acceptons. En revanche, ayant un papa handicapé, cette chambre ne répond pas aux critères PMR ( pas d’accès sous le lavabo, pas de siège dans la douche, lit trop haut et peu de passage tout autour. À signaler pour les clients PMR. Aucune aménités dans la salle de bain à part gel douche/ main/ shampoing / conditionneur. Les peignoirs sont à demander à la réception mais on ne nous l’a pas dit le premier jour. Insonorisation à revoir : on attend toutes les traversées de l’évacuation des eaux. C’est très fort. De plus le bruit des pas de la chambre du dessus sont aussi d’un niveau élevé. Expérience moyenne au restaurant. Part très petite pour entrée et dessert (1,5 fraise c’est peu pour un dessert fraises de plougastel) Peu de coopération d’un jeune homme le matin à la réception pour prendre en compte une demande d’emplacement au restaurant le soir. J’ai dû moi même écrire au restaurant. Sans compter me débrouiller moi même pour mettre peignoirs et oreillers dans la chambre. À noter : Avons bénéficié de 10% de réduction sur la facture finale sans doute pour le désagrément du bruit.

Très bel établissement, avec des chambres agréables. Le personnel est très serviable et souriant. Petit déjeuner continental classique, manque de variété en offre salée. Très beau bar situé dans l'ancien manoir, salle de repos très agréable. Seul bémol la taille du sauna pour un hôtel classé spa. Le hammam était hors service lors de notre séjour.

L'endroit est vraiment très agréable, le parc est très beau avec différents endroits pour se relaxer, le bar est cosy. Le personnel est professionnel et accueillant, le petit-déjeuner est bien complet. La chambre et la salle de bain sont très propres. Nous n'avons pas testé le sauna.
