While the staff are trying their best, Ramada has set them up for failure. Every door in the building slams shut and is so loud and shakes the entire hotel. The noise never ended. Kids running around at all hours of the night slamming the doors and running through the hallways and stairwell. Pure hell. The hallways and common areas are continuously filled with toxic air freshener.

This is our 10 time staging here. The property was clean (& constantly being cleaned which is fantastic to be seen), the breakfast is ok, parking is tough and fills quickly during a busy weekend, the shower head needs to be replaced. The king room was spacious and had the amenities we take a ‘norm’

the first night we stayed there we got to our room and the hallway was full of smoke from someone cooking in their room, the 2nd night the fire alarm went off due to the same reason, we evacuated the building and nothing was mentioned to us to go back in at -38 C weather. when we did go back in the staff was kinda standoffish when we asked about why this happened 2 nights in a row.

Bed had a huge low spot in the center, curtains didnt do much at all might as well had them open for the amount of light coming in, rooms were supposed to be sound proof but could hear anyone in the hallway. Half the cable channels didnt work.

Ramada - Cold Lake

Very affordabe. Lots of selection at the breakfast. Staff were very accomodating and extremely friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
