Disappointing

This hotel has a very misleading collection of photos. The rooms are worn down, the cleanliness at the limit of acceptance. The staff operates adequately and friendly. Our first room had dirty towels, a very dirty shower-curtain, a broken table and no curtains to a tiny window - see pictures attached. When requesting a new room, we were given one immediately. This second room was acceptable - see pictures attached. Overall our experience was very disappointing, since we expected a very different experience from the clean and modern looking images the hotel provided.

La propreté reste limite, literie pas terrible, dessus de lit troué, bureau en très mauvais état, pas de prise dans la salle de bain pas de sèche cheveux, les toilettes, limite au niveau propreté. Dommage, pourrait-être un bel établissement,le seul point positif, la personne à l'accueil sympathique. Je pense qu'il y a beaucoup à refaire dans cet établissement

Gare à la propreté !

Malgré la situation de l’hôtel, la possibilité de ranger son velo à l’intérieur et les équipements de la chambre (TV et non volets pour ne pas être réveillé à 5h par le lever du soleil), je ne suis globalement pas satisfait de mon séjour, notamment en raison de la propreté des chambres (punaises de lit !!) et du personnel qui entre sans frapper dans la chambre alors qu’il reste 20 min sur l’horaire de fin du petit déjeuner .

Hôtel déplorable

Séjour et prestations déplorables. Non seulement l’état de l’hôtel était désastreux, la propreté a revoir +++ entrée moquette tachée, cheveux /piles au sol et rideau de douche passé de blanc à jaunâtre, pas de réseau ni wifi en chambre, mais aussi des murs plus fins que du papier. Des clients peu respectueux ont crié, joué des talons et semblerait-il déplacé des meubles à l’étage jusque 3h du matin sans que personne n’intervienne. Confort spartiate à un tarif digne d’un 4 étoiles, c’est une honte
