Bonnieux is a great base for exploring the area. The property is accessed by 53 uneven steps down from the street which was challenging with luggage. These steps and the 35 up into town kept is fit and able to enjoy great food and wine without gaining a pound. The cottage is charming and the views of the Luberon are beautiful. We enjoyed many late afternoons outdoors relaxing and reading

Amazing tranquil location

Spent a wonderful week in La source exploring markets and other hilltop villages. It was wonderful to return to La source in the afternoon to relax by the pool in the verdant garden and enjoy the amazing view.

A lovely little property looking across at the Luberon with a lovely garden to relax in and a pool to swim in. Loved the bedroom too as the big clear glass windows enabled you to gaze at the moon and stars in the night sky.

Perfect spot to explore Bonnnieux and the Luberon

'La Source' is the perfect villa to be based at in Bonnieux. Everything is within walking distance which makes for a very relaxing stay. The villa has a rustic, traditional feel and has everything you need for a holiday.

The property is beautiful and just as pictured. Antonin and Gaelle very friendly and quickly fixed a small shower problem. Kitchen very well equipped. Walking distance to everything one could need in this beautiful village. We will return in the future

Agréable séjour, dans un trÚs beau village. Les chambres sont grandes et la vue est magnifique.2 figuiers généreux nous ont donné de succulentes figues.Pourquoi pas 5 etoiles? :2 jours de pluies ont eu raison de l'étanchéité du toit qui a fuit dans notre chambre, la pression d'eau chaude dans la seconde chambre est quasi nulle, et une poubelle de cuisine cassée particuliÚrement ennuyante.

Traumschöner Blick auf den Luberon

Zwei kleine HĂ€uschen, geschmackvoll ausgestattet, auf einem TerassengrundstĂŒck mit kleinem Pool am Hang von Bonnieux, uneinsehbar, mit Blick auf den gegenĂŒberliegenden Luberon, Traumlage. GrundstĂŒck nur ĂŒber eine steile Treppe erreichbar, daher schwierig, wenn eigene E-Bikes mitgenommen werden. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden!

Kleines Paradies in Bonnieux

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Urlaubswochen im Juli/August 2024 im Ferienhaus LA SOURCE von Gastgeber Antonin verbracht. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei kleinen separaten GebĂ€uden, der Pool liegt in der Mitte dazwischen. Das GrundstĂŒck befindet sich auf mehreren Terrassen, die wunderschön zwischen alten Mauern unterhalb der Stadtbefestigung von Bonnieux liegen. Der Blick auf den Luberon ist fantastisch! In den Ort lĂ€uft man zu Fuß nur ein paar Meter. Antonin war ein freundlicher und sympathischer Gastgeber, der immer ansprechbar war und sich um alles gekĂŒmmert hat. Kleine Kritik: Leider haben uns einige nachtaktive Tiere den Schlaf beeintrĂ€chtigt, die nachts auf dem Glasdach des Schlafzimmers umhergelaufen sind. Ein bisschen mehr Pflege könnte das GrundstĂŒck gebrauchen (Unkraut und vertrocknete Pflanzen in den PflanzkĂŒbeln). Und bei dem stolzen Preis von 2.000 € pro Woche könnten auch mal ein paar neue Gartenliegen angeschafft werden. Trotz der kleinen Kritikpunkte, die aber mit ein bisschen Pflegeaufwand zu beheben sind, können wir einen Urlaub in LA SOURCE uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen. Es ist ein ganz besonders charmantes Ferienhaus in fantastischer Lage in Bonnieux.

 leider war der Pool im Oktober nicht mehr zu benutzen. Bei einem starken Regenguss kam nachts dann auch noch Wasser durch das Dach. Der Vermieter war stets gut erreichbar, aber ausgerechnet in diesen beiden Punkten nicht „am Start“. Wirklich schade - wir hĂ€tten ansonsten an diesen charmanten Ort im traumschönen Luberon wirklich unser Herz verlieren können. Mit den zwei HĂ€uschen, der Traumaussicht und der ruhigen, aber zentralen Lage eigentlich ein ganz besonderes Kleinod.

Petite maison dans village magnifique avec piscine. TrĂšs calme. IdĂ©alement situĂ©e mais attention ne convient pas aux personnes en situation d’handicap ou ayant des difficultĂ©s Ă  marcher. HĂŒbsches kleines Anwesen mit Garten in einmaliger Umgebung

Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage. Das kleine, einfache Anwesen befindet sich im schönen Dorf Bonnieux, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar, dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Bonnieux liegt im eindrucksvollen BiosphĂ€renreservat Luberon. Der Garten eröffnet den Blick auf die ĂŒppige Natur mit ihrer schönen GerĂ€uschkulisse. Rund um Bonnieux gibt es unzĂ€hlige gute Restaurants und schöne Dörfer, die zu einem Besuch einladen. Das Anwesen ist einfach gehalten, bietet jedoch alles, was man benötigt. Vom Dorf aus erreicht man das HĂ€uschen ĂŒber eine steile, lange Treppe, es ist daher nur fĂŒr trittsichere Personen zu empfehlen.

Nous avons apprécié séjourner dans cette charmante maison sur les terrasses de Bonnieux au calme avec un belle vue sur le Luberon tout en profitant de la piscine ou du terrain de pétanque. On se sent seul tout en étant proche du centre du village. TrÚs bon accueil des propriétaires.

Parfait à quelques détails prÚs

TrĂšs bonne situation, proche du centre et des commerces. TrĂšs calme au milieu de la vĂ©gĂ©tation. Piscine, machine Ă  laver et lave vaisselle. Pour rappel, 56 marches Ă  descendre (et Ă  remonter) pour accĂ©der Ă  la propriĂ©tĂ©. Quelques dĂ©tails manquent pour ĂȘtre parfait : une bouteille d'eau (ou un rafraichissement) dans le frigo pour l'arrivĂ©e des occupants aprĂšs une longue route, grille du BBQ pas trĂšs propre, une penderie dans les chambres pour dĂ©faire les valises, Ă©lectricitĂ© vascillente par temps de pluie (orage), quelques piĂšges Ă  fourmis supplĂ©mentaires..., linge de maison un peu "rĂšche" (manque de l'adouiccissant pour les esssuies mis Ă  disposition), quelques beaux verres pour le vin,... . Des petits dĂ©tails certes mais qui peuvent faire la difffĂ©rence pour que ce soit parfait ! J'aurais bien voulu octroyer un 9/10, on en est tout proche.
