Affectionately nicknamed Swimmin’ Hole 2, this 2BR/1.5BA getaway presents 150’ of frontage on beautiful Lake Moultrie. Prepare delicious dishes in the convenient full kitchen or head to the backyard for an afternoon barbecue. One of only five properties in the area, you’ll enjoy a tranquil setting with an on-site boat dock and launch. Take the provided kayaks out for adventure, or simply kick back to enjoy lakefront sunrises and sunsets!
Find plenty of plush seating in the open living area. A twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle creates flexible sleeping space. Indulge your inner chef in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with helpful extras like a blender. When dinner is served, the dining table is perfect for family-style meals.
This home accommodates seven guests between two suites and the living area’s twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. Sleep soundly in the primary suite, detailed with a king bed and direct outdoor access. Also accessible from the hallway, the en-suite bathroom holds a tub/shower combination. The guest suite includes a queen bed and an en-suite half bath.

The fireplace is not operational. Parking is available for seven vehicles, including room for boat and trailer parking (if you bring fewer vehicles). A long-term tenant occupies another cottage on the property. The dock is shared with the long-term tenant, as well as the homeowner. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.
