Centrally located near the ICE train station, charming fully renovated 60 m2 apartment on the ground floor of a Wilhelminian style villa with three rooms. Ideal for commuters !!! A modern kitchen is available. The city center with all shops and the nature reserve Siegaue is also within walking distance. In the evening, relax under the fruit trees, calm and cool in the summer and cuddly warm by the fireplace in winter. The upper floor is permanently rented, so no partys please
