Nice hotel by the river. Breakfast is good but not too much choice. There was no refrigerator or coffee making option in the room, in case you need it.

Not recommended

The overall facilities are poor. The hallway/carpet and the room are dirty, and the towels are run-down. I would not expect this for a Radisson hotel, but it seems this hotel chain has become of poor quality. I would not stay here again.

Good hotel .Breakfast was ok but no welcoming host.There is no restaurant so you have to dine out in the evening. Staff helpful and pleasant. Great location next to the (large!) river Rhine.Fairly easy walk into the centre- 20 minutes.

Parking was ridiculously expensive.. staff suggested I use a separate car park and, whilst cheaper was actually so inconvenient do I ended up paying for the hotel car park at an inflated cost!

I attempted to upgrade my room over a week before my trip. Also when I got to the hotel. I sent emails to the address given to be my the hotel staff. I have left there almost a week now and they still haven’t responded. At check in the staff was extra rude and overly sarcastic. It was absolutely unnecessary.
