The hotel is conveniently located around shops and supermarkets. Ideal for a late night restaurant visit or a bakery nearby for breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. Excellent showers and great dining options in the hotel too. Overall, I recommend booking this hotel for it’s convenience in location room generous layout.

I was there for work, yet there was no access to the internet from my room throughout my stay. This caused real inconvenience. Had to use my roaming at my own cost for online meetings etc Hotel staff said they could not do anything about it. Did not expect such poor service and facilities.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel gewesen. Die Lage ist super, die Innenstadt,der botanische Garten sowie angesagte Voertel sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Poppelsdorf ist wunderschön und bietet für jeden etwas. Es gibt eine grose auswahl an Gastronmie, daher war ein Frühstück im Hotel nicht nötig. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es ,da die Parsituation direkt am Hotel schwierig ist (in den Seitenstrassen Richtung Uni ist jedoch kostenfreies Parken möglic). Zudem war in unserem Zimmer Teppich verlegt. Zu der sonst modernen Einrichtung leider nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Schrankenanlage zum einfahren in die Garage war defekt. Das Personal wusste nicht wie die Schranke zu öffnen war. Die Gegensprechanlage wor unverständlich, sodas ich bis zur Rezeption laufen musste um Hilfe zu holen. Der dann erschienene Mitarbeiter konnte auch nicht helfen. Die Rezeption war total überfordert.

Insgesamt zufrieden, sehr zentral, mitten in der "Freßmeile" von Poppelsdorf, vieles fußläufig. Vorsicht bei der Anfahrt, wir kamen über die Autobahn, plötzlich war unser Ziel über uns - kein Problem, weiterfahren, nächste rechts und es ist ausgeschildert!
