Clean and simple accommodations at a reasonable price! No ACMechel, the night manager provided outstanding customer service, especially with booking trains (which DB cann make very confusing. He also assisted with dinner suggestions and dealing with an angry restaurant manager when a technical problem arose with payment. It is one of the top 5 customer service situations I’ve ever seen!

Hoffen auf Modernisierung der Duschen. Die Ausstattung des Badezimmers, war im alten Zustand und die Fliesen waren marode. Duschhalterung sehr locker und im Badezimmer funktioniert die ablüftung nicht. Ebenso war die schreibtischlampe nicht funktionstüchtig. Wir hoffen dass das Hotel Duschen modernisieren wird Punkt dann ist es ein super tolles schönes Hotel.Ein altes Kurhaus umgebaut zum Hotel. Der eingangsbereich, der Speisesaal und die Flure sind sehr modern gestaltet. Ebenso der wartebereich. Sehr freundliches Personal Aufzug vorhanden und auch guter Service.

Ein perfektes günstiges Hotel für eine oder mehrere Übernachtungen in ruhiger Lage, mit allem, was man braucht Der Geruch in der Eingangshalle war etwas muffig und abgestandenWir hatten ein Upgrade für ein Superior Zimmer im dritten Stock mit Blick nach hinten in den Garten. Insofern waren wir natürlich super zufrieden mit unserem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war wie immer großzügig und reichhaltig. Wir waren schon oft Gäste in diesem Hotel, sind immer sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Parken auf der Straße ist kein Problem man muss aber tagsüber außer sonntags ein Parkticket lösen. Das geht auch für den gesamten Tag und ist absolut bezahlbar, auf jeden Fall günstiger als die Hotel Parkplätze.

Lediglich eine Unterschrift war beim einchecken noch nötig, weswegen alles super schnell und entspannt ablief.Auch das Frühstück lies absolut keine Wünsche offen. Von frischen Backwaren, Käse, Ei, Müsli, über vegane Alternativen wie Hafermilch und Aufstriche bis hin zu pancakes war alles zu finden was das Herz begehrt.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
