THE SPACE



This bright, open studio is designed for comfort and ease, with a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living/sleeping areas — everything you need, nothing you don't.



Relax and unwind in the living area, with ample seating and a TV with cable. Slide open the full glass doors and step onto your screened balcony to soak in panoramic Gulf views by day and vivid sunset skies by night — a view that commands millions on the open market.



Sleep soundly on a king-size bed freshly dressed with provided linens, complete with a ceiling fan and a generous walk-in closet for your belongings.



The full bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower, with bath and beach towels provided for your stay.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer, smooth-top oven, and microwave, plus cookware, dinnerware, small appliances, and a drip coffee maker — everything you need for easy meals in.

THE COMMUNITY



Bonita Beach & Tennis Club is a well-established beachside community sitting directly across the boulevard from the Gulf. Building 1 offers the most convenient beach access of all the towers on property.



On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations). Please note that some restoration work on buildings, grounds, sidewalks, and atriums is ongoing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.



Just steps away, Bonita Beach delivers everything a beach day calls for: wave runners, paddleboarding, kayaking, and some of the area's most beloved waterfront restaurants including Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jack's, and The Fish House.
