Beautiful Corner Unit, great views from private lanai & access to Private Beach

This 3rd floor corner unit with extra high ceilings and elevator access is one of the largest in Wild Pines (almost 1,500 sq. ft.), and features a beautiful wrap around lanai with Golf and lake views. It has an open floor plan with a combination living/dining area. Both bedroom suites have private baths and sliding doors to the lanai. The master suite is tucked away for privacy, with a king size bed and flat screen TV. The master bath has dual sinks, a deep tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds and a flat screen tv as well. The bedroom and bath can be closed off behind a pocket door for complete privacy. The living room has a Queen pull out couch (comfortable for 2 young kids) and also a flat screen TV. All of the units surround the beautifully landscaped courtyard. The condo also has high speed internet and WiFi.
This condo is our family vacation spot, so we make sure it is well maintained and absolutely clean.

Wild Pines is located in the exclusive Bonita Bay Resort with 5 private golf courses, a marina and private beach. The Private Beach is a short drive (4 miles), chairs, umbrellas, restrooms and showers. There is a free shuttle running hourly.

Beautiful, well-stocked condo with everything you need for a perfect stay. Joie & Markus are very responsive to questions. The condo is close to beaches, shopping, and lots of wonderful restaurants. You can enjoy meals & wonderful sunsets on the wrap-around lanai. Highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful stay

Bonita Bay is a beautiful and safe community. Easy check-in to the condo. Very clean, very nicely decorated, well stocked, private wrap around lanai with great views of golf course, lake and sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure.

Amazing vacation!

All of Bonita Bay was beautiful. We rented bikes and toured the community and its parks. Our condo in Wild Pines was very clean and well stocked. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony with the view of the golf course. The private beach was closed for rebuilding after the hurricane, but the Lover’s Key beach with the shuttle service was very nice. We have already booked this condo for our next visit.

loved Bonita Bay but would try a different property next time

Property needs updates. Had to give up master toilet for a day and a half as it was leaking into lower unit. The owners sent us a small compensation for our inconvenience. The crew that put the new toilet it left the bathroom floor so dirry we had to hand wash it. They must have cleaned their tools in the tub because that was unusable after they left. Pillows so flat we had to go buy some. Two weeks prior to stay, we were told by owners that beach transportation that we were counting on was not going to be available. Owner refunded us some money, saying this would cover chairs and umbrella rental at the beach for our ten days. This did not even cover half of what it cost for chairs, umbrellas and parking, which were supposed to be free. Also coolers were not allowed in the vicinity of chair and umbrella rental. This meant we had to buy our food and beverages at Doc's every day. This significantly increased the cost of our stay. I understand the repair for Bonita Bay's private beach was not under the owner's control, but some awareness of the area's amenities and their associated costs would have been nice. The property also boasts a pool, but it was so filthy we could not swim in it past Saturday as there was so much debris in it. We also expected smart TVs for night time Netflix binge-watching, but were amazed to find not a single one. The guest bath was not very clean upon arrival. Great weather, great area, but would advise try another place.

Bonita breeze

Great location with a shuttle to the beach. Large third floor condo over looking golf course, pond and wildlife. Enjoyed the lanai with it's tropical breeze and quiet neighbors. Bathrooms and kitchen well appointed. We were thoroughly relaxed and sad to leave. Looking forward to renting again in the near future.

Bonita Bay Wild Pines

Top floor corner unit in Wild Pines, perfect for 3-4 people. Markus was very responsive with questions and minor requests. Kitchen was well stocked. Balcony has comfortable furniture and very nice view of the golf course and pond. Has easy access to community pool and hot tub, tennis courts, walking paths. The tennis rackets and balls were appreciated. Beach shuttle is great, and Bonita Bay's private beach is nice that it offers free beach chairs and umbrellas. Only two inconveniences: Living room furniture could be more comfortable, and many mornings we were awaken by early morning golf course maintenance machinery noise.

Noisy location

This condo is on the first hole of the golf course, beautiful view but they groom the green every morning at 6:15 am. It is very noisy you can even hear the golfers talking through the closed windows. The condo is old and worn and needs to be updated. It is located in the woods, so it is very dark until the sun starts to set then there is natural sunlight in the unit. The master bedroom bed is uncomfortable and makes a horrible noise. There is no comfortable seating in the home with the exception of the lanai and none of the 3 TVs are smart TVs. We were there for a month and did not spend much time in the condo. I would also recommend adding bath mats for the bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. The owners were very responsive to our questions.

Bonita Bay was perfect as far as location and it has the reputation of being a prestigious community. For as much as we paid for renting the unit for 7 das we expected better furnishings. The master bed mattress was horrible and made noises at the slightest movement. The living room sofas were so bad that we had to put extra pillows on the cushions to sit properly. The TV in the main area was very small and outdated. We were not able to bring up the Netflix option on the TV. Those who can afford to pay the higher rent expect better than what was there. Kitchen was supplied nicely. The lani was the best part of the stay with weather permitting.
