The room was ok, but nothing special. The view was not that nice. The staff in the reception and in the restaurant, were incredible. So service minded, helpful and nice. That was really the highlight of my stay!

Cold room, unable to adjust temperature. Staff just say: sorry. Single beds sliding apart. No amendments like bathrobe or slippers at the room. Should be minimum at a spa hotel. Staff seems a bit disconnected and not super helpful. Breakfast, no eggs left. No frequent refill. Old rooms, old and weared interior, with nasty stains on alomost all furnitures. Not clean and broken stuff in the rooms.

A luxury hotel that doesn’t live up to expectation

Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning significantly lowered our rating. It was 30 degrees outside and probably even hotter inside, despite the open door and windows, which made the night sleepless. At first glance, our deluxe room looked clean, but when I wiped up some water from the floor, the paper turned black. The restaurant’s selection was poor, and the serving staff was confused. Twice, our waiter thought we had ordered fish instead of burgers. I definitely have higher expectations for a hotel of this class.

I have still not received correct invoice with needed information on mail as prommised three days ago, bad service as I pointed out on my order, and again by check-in but by check-out early they did not know about my whishes event though it stood loud and clear, same goes for my colleauge Jesper Eggert - I am still waiting.....

Skuffendes frokost. Lite variasjon i pålegg tilgjengelig, som i tillegg ble fylt på altfor sjeldent. Fantes ikke brød, kun fine rundstykker og pariserloff. Ikke noe i nærheten av grovt bakverk i det hele tatt. Fruktsalaten var frossen og den andre frukten som var satt frem var umoden og smakte ikke godt. Å legge frem en stor drueklase, uten å dele den opp, er dårlig smittevernstanke… Da må alle plukke på maten til nestemann.

Helt greit rom uten balkong til en dyr pris. Lytt og dører som smalt når gikk igjen. Var mye bråk og fyll der. Spaet måtte bookes utenom prisen for natta og kostet ekstra. Parkering kostet ekstra. I spaet forsvant både hånkler og slippers... Nei, vi var ikke fornøyd.

Lavsesong og få på hotellet. Vi fikk en flott leilighet. Det var mange muligheter i spaet. Flere basseng og saunaer, fotbad og muligheter for å kjøpe et glass i baren. Det negative var at det var nærmest umulig å få telefonkontakt på forhånd.
