Standard rooms had a "motel" type feel, rooms were nicely renovated. Cleaniness is average (some stains in bathroom). Main concern is the amount of bugs/mozzies in the room upon arrival, which indiccates cleaners left doors open during changeover leading to a very uncomfortable evening.

The overall stay was just okay. Unfortunately, the room was quite dusty, which was noticeable throughout and made it uncomfortable. Additionally, the interconnecting door to the next room was left unlocked and accessible when we arrived. I had to call room service to get it locked. Because of the dust and overall cleanliness issues, we didn’t feel comfortable staying and decided to check out early. The location is good, but better attention to room preparation and cleanliness is needed

The staff were good, but it was understaffed on Christmas and boxing day. The pool was filthy, my kid was bit by something in the pool. The whole pool area seems to be neglected along with the sauna. The place didn't seem like a 4 star. They didn't even give extra water bottles

Our accommodation neighbours were noisy and had no respect for others. We would have enjoyed the balcony if it was private. The room was great, bed wqs comfortable and close to town.
