Super Lage. Man läuft max. 5 min zum Strand. Mehrere Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. In der Wohnung war alles top. Sauber und super ausgestattet.

Zentral gelegen, alles fussläufig und in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Alles vorhanden, was nötig ist. Super fanden wir den Parkplatz direkt vor dem Appartement für das Ein- und Ausladen des Gepäckes.

FeWo in sehr guter Läge
Die Ferienwohnung liegt ideal. Der Strand und die Promenade ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Bäcker, div. Supermärkte und andere Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die FeWo ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch wäre etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck schön. Auch ein Trend-System für den Müll oder zumindest ein paar Müllbeutel mehr als der eine wäre von Vorteil. Dies sind aber nur Anregungen, die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön.

Die Wohnung entspricht den vorliegenden Bildern und ist sehr wohnlich mit allen Annehmlichkeiten (Geschirrspüler) ausgestattet. Sie befindet sich fußläufig im Erdgeschoss in unmittelbarer Nähe zum reservierten Parkplatz - ggfs. sogar über die Terrasse zu erreichen. Im Haus befindet sich die Möglichkeit der Nutzung einer Waschmaschine, eines Fitness Bereichs und einer Sauna. Im Ergebnis für mich die bisher schönste Ferienwohnung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr angenehm und es besteht die Möglichkeit der Mietung der Bettwäsche und von Handtücher. Die Lage ist phantastisch durch einen kurzen Weg an den Strand und zum Kurbereich mit Promenade und diversen Lokalitäten. Ich hatte einen längeren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und habe mich sauwohl gefühlt. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Boltenhagen für mich die erste Wahl der Anmietung einer Ferienwohnung.
