Tolle Wohnung

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe ist cool, eine sehr gute Idee. Die Betten sind perfekt, nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Unten im Keller die Sauna kostet Geld. Und zwar in Euro StĂŒcken, das wĂ€re schön zu erwĂ€hnen, dann kann man welche sammeln. Haben wir also nicht genutzt. Gerne wieder. Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung. Vor allem super zentral.

Wir haben Ostern 2025 in Boltenhagen verbracht und uns in der schönen, ruhigen Wohnung rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die zentrale Lage war ideal – alles war fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Perfekt fĂŒr eine entspannte Auszeit an der Ostsee.

Bis auf wenige nötige Kleinreparaturen ein gutes Appartement. Inhaber ist, wenn nötig, persönlich erreichbar. Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Die Sauna im Keller sehr schön zu nutzen. Am Samstag noch defekt, Montag repariert. Super

Super schöne Wohnung

Die Lage ist toll, direkt an der Ostsee, in einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Es gibt alles was das Herz benötigt, unter anderem ein Fitnessraum und herzliche Mitbewohner im Haus. Immer wieder gerne, sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne, gut geschnittene Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung ist sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet (es gab sogar noch Kaffeepulver!) und mit seperatem Schlafzimmer auch toll geschnitten. Die Lage ist sowohl zum Strand als auch zu SupermĂ€rkten ect optimal und auch die SteilkĂŒste lĂ€sst sich von dort toll erreichen. Der Check in war perfekt, da ich nicht erst den SchlĂŒssel irgendwo abholen musste, sondern er direkt vor Ort geholt werden kann. Auch die WĂ€sche wurde mir in die Wohnung geliefert, sehr bequem. Die einzigen VerbesserungsvorschlĂ€ge meinerseits wĂ€ren: neue Armatur in der Dusche und Bluetooth fĂ€hige Anlage ;) aber das sind Peanuts! 10/10

Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-VerhÀltnis

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut geschnitten und eingerichtet. Lage ist optimal, nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschrÀnkt empfehlen.

Erholsame Tage an der Ostsee

Wir waren mit allem vollauf zufrieden. Gut eingerichtete Wohnung, Strand schnell erreichbar, viele kleine GeschÀfte. Tolle km lange Strandpromenade. Viele Ausflugsziele in der NÀhe.

Gute Lage der Unterkunft

Alles was man braucht gibt es in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Die Unterkunft ist schön. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Vor allem im Badezimmer. ( Urinstein, schmutzige Dusche, verkalkter Wasserhahn ) Im Schlafzimmer war die Gardine zerrissen und die Nachttischlampe kaputt. Sofa ist durchgesessen. Wir haben uns auch gefragt wofĂŒr man 12 kleine Gabeln braucht aber nur 4 Teelöffel vorhanden sind? Da mĂŒsste man nachbessern. Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

Das Appartment ist sehr sauber, schick und gemĂŒtlich. Lediglich das Schlafsofa wurde als etwas zu hart empfunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Weg zum Strand dauert 5 Minuten ; BĂ€ckerei und Supermarkt sind gut erreichbar..

Super Lage - sehr empfehlenswert

Wir hatten viel Ärger wegen der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe, weil die Daten fehlten bzw. falsch waren. Nachdem uns jemand von einer Vermittlungsagentur, die ĂŒberhaupt nichts mit der Wohnung zu tun hat, selbstlos geholfen hat, konnten wir an die Übergabedaten und den SchlĂŒssel gelangen. Der Vermieter hat sich dann auch entschuldigt und ist uns finanziell entgegengekommen. Danach war es ein super Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage, ist sehr ruhig und es ist alle fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Kann man uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen! Gerne wieder.

Schönes Appartement

Schönes Appartement in nĂ€chster NĂ€he zum Strand. Alles, was man braucht in der NĂ€he. Dusche etwas eng fĂŒr nicht ganz schlanke Menschen. Kommunikation beim Check in war schwierig, kein direkter Ansprechpartner um an die SchlĂŒssel zu kommen. Aber hat dann noch geklappt.
