Das Haus befindet sich gleich hinter den DĂŒnen. Der Strand ist in einer Minute zuereichen. Also die perfekte Lage. Obwohl es so zentral liegt, ist es sehr ruhig. Wir waren mit 6 Personen vor Ort, also 3 Paare. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten. Das dritte Schlafzimmer befindet sich unterm Dach. Man kann dieses sehr schlecht erreichen. Die Leiter ist sehr steil und gefĂ€hrlich. Meine Kinder wĂŒrde ich da aber auch nicht schlafen lassen... Sehr angenehm sind die 3 Toiletten im Haus.Die Sauberkeit lĂ€sst leider einige WĂŒnsche offen. Überall Spinnweben, Staub und schmutziger Ofen vom VorgĂ€nger. Absolut VerbesserungswĂŒrdig!!!Das Haus hat einen Kamin, der aber leider defekt war. Das war aber ein Grund warum wir uns gerade dieses Haus ausgesucht haben. Die EnttĂ€uschung war groß. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Dunstabzughaube und Fußbodenheizung in der KĂŒche funktionieren nicht,sowie der Duschkopf im großen Bad.Das Haus hat Charakter . Mit wenigen Griffen kann man es perfekt gestalten. Uns hat es gefallen, trotz der MĂ€ngel.

Tolles Haus in spitzen Lage, leider etwas ungepflegt.

Wunderschönes Haus, toller Garten und super Lage. Leider war innen nicht geputzt oder sehr nachlĂ€ssig. Matratzen bzw. Bettauflagen weder gewaschen noch abgesaugt, Kissen teilweise mit Schweißflecken und mit total klumpigem Innenleben, Badvorleger sehr schmutzig, MĂŒll von VorgĂ€nger noch im Haus, große MĂŒlltonnen vor dem Haus quollen ĂŒber. Aus dem Keller kam ein sehr unangenhmer Geruch, im Keller sehr unordentlich, dort will keiner seine WĂ€sche waschen. Backofen sehr schmutzig, Rille des Ausziehtisches voll . Keine Kaffeemaschine, fĂŒr uns Teetrinker egal, Wasserkocher funktionierte nicht, kochten mit einem Topf unser Wasser. Nach dem aber weder das MĂŒllproblem gelöst wurde noch die Bitte nach einem zweiten SchlĂŒssel, haben wir aufgegeben, die am Telefon angepriesene Fee fĂŒr alles gab es nicht, wir haben sie zumindest nie gesehen, SchlĂŒssel lag in Zeitungsrolle, Abhilfe kam nicht. Die im Inserat stehenden FahrrĂ€der sind nicht fahrtauglich, erfuhren wir per SMS, als wir nach den RĂ€dern gefragt haben. Schade um dieses tolle Haus.

Traumhaft

Das Haus hat eine Traumlage. Wirklich nur 1min. zum Strand. Tolle Terrasse mit wunderschönen Blumen. Gartenmöbel und Grill vorhanden. Sogar 4 FahrrÀder durften wir nutzen. Im Haus findet man auch alles was das Herz begehrt. Ein rundum toller Urlaub. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

HĂŒbsches Haus in perfekter Lage

Bei blauem Himmel und Sonnenschein hatten wir tolle Tage in Boltenhagen. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und super gelegen. Einzig die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist verbesserungsbedĂŒrfdig!
