In the commune of Bolquère, we offer this south-facing 125 m² chalet for rent, which can accommodate up to 9 guests. It's located 1.5 km from the Bolquère Pyrénées 2000 ski lifts, and very close to hiking trails. The chalet features an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a 550 m² garden.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Second floor:
- 30 m² living room with dining area and TV
- Separate sitting area with sofa bed and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Separate WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom (bath) with WC

Exterior:
- A beautiful 550 m² private, unfenced garden with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- An 8 m² terrace on the second floor

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Bolquère, 1.5 km from the Pyrénées 2000 ski resort, close to Font Romeu. Bolquère Pyrénées 2000 is one of the largest ski areas in the Pyrénées-Orientales. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market...

Activities :
In winter, the Font Romeu / Pyrénée 2000 / La Calme ski area offers a multitude of winter sports activities: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing... But there are plenty of other activities too, such as dog-sledding, mountaineering, snowmobiling or horseback riding, and last but not least, discover the Cerdan plateau from the air with a hot-air balloon ride!

In summer, you can discover the hiking trails of Domaine Les Estanyols, take a dip in Lac de Matemale at Les Angles, go rock-climbing, golfing and accrobranche, or practice rafting, hydrospeed or canyoning on the Aude! Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh, local produce direct from the producers!

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage, which can accommodate one vehicle (limited height), or at the entrance to the chalet, where you can park up to three vehicles.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Font Romeu station, 11 minutes (7.5 kilometers) away.
- Nearest airport: Perpignan airport 1h30 away (88.5 kilometers)

Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The fireplace is locked.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- Bed linen and towels are not included.
