Exclusive Apartment inside an Art Nouveau Villa in the historic center of Bologna.
Access from Via Bottrigari (small internal road away from noise) in one of the most beautiful residential areas of Bologna. The porticoes of San Luca are a 4 minute walk away. Via Saragozza, one of the most iconic streets in Bologna, is just 5 minutes away on foot. Bologna's football stadium is a 17 minute walk away.
A 15 minute walk from Piazza Malpighi, 18 minutes from Piazza Maggiore and the 2 Towers of Bologna. We have internal parking that can be booked and subject to availability for 19.90 per day
The apartment, entirely frescoed, is furnished with 19th century Murano chandeliers. The floors of the apartments are in mosaic according to the Bolognese tradition. The bathrooms are in marble from nearby Verona. Furthermore the apartment has a large ground floor terrace of over 100 meters with chairs and gazebo and plenty of space to rest and relax outdoors away from the noise of the city. The apartment consists of an entrance to the living room with 65 inch smart TV, separate kitchenette, marble bathroom with hydromassage shower column, and separate bedroom with wallpaper, desk, and Murano chandelier.
