Comfortable apartment located on the first floor (with elevator) of a residential building near the Bologna Fair, not too far from the historic city center of Bologna, which can be reached on foot within 10 minutes.
50 sqm apartment with a large terrace of more than 60 sqm equipped with a rocking chair and a lovely wooden gazebo under which there is a wood table, complete with seating for four.

This lovely apartment has been recently renovated in early 2017. The windows of the apartment overlook Via del Lavoro but thanks to its large terrace, it is protected from street noise. Air conditioning is present in both the bedroom and the living area with two splits.
As you enter the apartment, you are welcomed into the living room where there are two three-seater sofas facing each other. One of the two sofas can be turned into a double sofa bed. The living area has a 55\" flat-screen TV hung on the wall. The custom, open floor-plan kitchen with cream-colored cabinets, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, and washing machine. The kitchen has a dining table for six, and behind which there is a credenza.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a pouf, and a chest of drawers as well as a large walk-in closet. The bathroom has a crystal shower stall and a marble finished sink.

The apartment is located in a strategic position, about a 5 minute walk from the Bologna fair and 10 from the historic city center. The main ring road can be easily reached in just a few minutes by car, as is the main Bologna train station. The city center is about 1 km away, close to the characteristic Porta San Donato, an area rich in restaurants and pubs, that gives access to the university district of Bologna and to the famous Via Zamboni where most of the faculties are located. In the immediate vicinity there is a large shopping center where you can find, amongst the shops, a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy. In the neighborhood there are several grocery stores, cafés, and pubs, which make the area lively and completely self sufficient.
Public transportation:
On Via del Lavoro, the street in front of the apartment, you can take the 21 bus to the city center by passing by the train station. Bus 28, which also stops in front of the apartment, goes towards the fair in just a few stops. The fair is within a 5 minute walking distance.
Parking:
The apartment is outside the restricted traffic area (ZTL). Guests have the opportunity to park for free in the condominium garage at space #13. Alternatively you may park within the blue lines on the street, free of charge on Sundays and every night from 20:00 to 8:00; and upon payment (red parking meter) during the day.
