The studio apartment was spacious with a kitchen, king sized bed, lounge suite, a kettle - hallejuiah, bar fridge with local wines, cleaned and fresh towels delivered every day. Airconditioning was fantastic. We could pop out pick up our mortadello, parmagiana reggiano, baguettes etc. and be able to prep a meal in the apartment. Walking distance to Bologna station if you would like to go to the Ferrari museum.

A beautiful old building thoughtfully adapted. The only minor negative was the inclusion of certain items of cheap metal furniture (from IKEA?!) amidst the otherwise very stylish fittings. An odd aesthetic decision.

We had a great two weeks at the Almarossa property! The service is great, the room was very clean and having a grocery next door makes it very handy. Close walk to the train station and not far from all the great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We were pleased with the location as it was a short walk to the train station and main tourist attractions (around 10 minutes). Staff were very accommodating and communicated well before and during the stay. We were arriving outside of the hotel reception hours and clear instructions were given to access the building and our room. The property was located on a busy street/road and it seemed to came alive at night and we found it pretty noisy, even with windows and shutters closed we found it difficult to sleep.However, when walking around the city centre most hotels and apartments are located in busy areas and near to a road (we’ll just remember to take ear plugs next time).

Comfortable stay

Very nice apartment close to Piazza Maggiore; about a15 minute walk. The room was nicely appointed and it had all of the necessary appliances for making breakfast, including a coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator. The staff was helpful and I would definitely stay here again.
