Staff was super lovely and helpful. The room is not bad, a little run down but isn't bad as we didn't spend much time in the room. Location is great, 5min from train station, 8min from a supermarket, 15min walk into Central. Would stay again! :)

A pretty much standard hotel offering "good" accommodation whilst on a short trip to Bologna. Chosen partly with budget in mind but primarily location to the train station and city itself. The hotel is on a busy main road but the road noise wasn't an issue for us even through our room fronted the road. Breakfast was "ok" and saved us going out to look for places to eat, just made life easier but probably would go "room only" next time if we ever returned to this hotel. This is not a bad nor horrible hotel and it served us well and provided us with good accommodation.

The gentleman at check in was wonderful! We checked in around 10:30pm and he was friendly, upbeat and helpful. The hotel is 5 mins walk from the train station which was perfect after 7 hours on the train. The hotel room was large with a big bathroom and a bathtub which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable and we loved that each of us had 2 pillows. Breakfast was pretty good for the 10 euro price. It’s about a 15 min steady walk to the old town. Lots of shopping available along the way. All in all a great place to stay. We extended to stay a 2nd night.

Hotel was well located and near the central station, it is on a busy road, which means you can hear all the traffic at all hours. The Air conditioning wasn't working (apparently cant use it until 30/04/2026), but the heating does. It was 29c in our room so it was really unpleasant. Room was clean and decent size.

Breakfast was a buffet style with ample selection of different food. Hot fresh coffee and hot food options too. The staff were really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Can recommend as it's well located just 250 yards from Bologna central and just a 10/15 minute walk into the city centre. Nicely located for the Feria too just 2km away so you can either walk or catch a bus directly

This is a great hotel, close to the railway station. The staff were really friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Enjoy a lovely stroll into the city centre. So much to see and do.

Thanks to Frank on reception when I arrived late after a trying journey on the train. He was pleasant and welcoming. Also nice clean room with quality linen and towels plus friendly helpful cleaning staff.

Not too far from train station

The room is cozy and clean. The only thing I worried is that the staff in the night shift indicate he doesn’t understand English. That make wonder what happened to the great hotel like SMY.
