Convenient location for the purpose of our stay. The hotel was easy to find with plenty of onsite parking. The hotel had everything we needed for a short stay. Loved the free hot chocolate available on the evening and the drinks in the bar were reasonable prices.

Room was absolutely spotless, reception and corridors all very clean and very well maintained. Very friendly, polite and efficient staff, lovely surroundings and very peaceful in and out. Loads of free car parking and free Wifi. Nice powerful shower and lovely toiletries.The only thing that let it down was the food and TV. Very limited menu, chose not to eat in the restaurant as it said there was a discretionary service charge of £12.50 and I would have felt awkward asking for it to be removed. Ordered 2 burgers via room service for myself and my 9 year old and it was £43. Nice burgers but way too expensive. TV was disappointing, we were hoping to watch movies using my Netflix and Disney accounts but the TV was not connected to WiFi so it was just terrestrial channels and not many of them. For those reasons I don't think we would stay again which is a shame
